Terms of Use
These Terms govern your access to and use of the mobile application. By using this product (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), you confirm your full agreement with the provisions below. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Developer Information and Support
The Service is provided by the Developer on an "as is" basis. For any questions regarding the app's operation, technical support, or content usage, you may contact the Developer at the following email address: ssileofficial@gmail.com
2. Service Description and Features
The Service is available to users in two versions:
- Basic Access (Free): Free use of the application, including standard functionality and support for advertising materials (via the YAN advertising network). Instant access to levels may require viewing rewarded ads.
- Premium Status: A one-time purchase providing:
- Lifetime access to all features without time restrictions.
- Complete removal of advertisements.
- Instant access to all levels and solutions.
- No need to watch ads for in-game advantages.
3. Payments, Purchases, and Refunds
- Payment Processing: All financial transactions for the purchase of Premium Status are processed exclusively through the Google Play payment system. The Developer does not have access to your payment data and does not store bank card information.
- Access Restoration: Premium Status is linked to your Google Play account. In case of changing devices or reinstalling the Service, access is restored automatically or via the "Restore Purchases" button when using the same account.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are issued in accordance with Google Play Store policies. You may request a refund through Google Play Support or via reportaproblem.google.com.
4. Intellectual Property
All content presented in the Service (including but not limited to: puzzles, solution algorithms, graphic design, source code, and hint texts) is the result of the Developer's intellectual activity and is protected by international copyright laws.
- The User is granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the Service.
- Copying, decompiling, hacking, or distributing content (especially paid solutions) outside the Service is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Developer makes every effort to ensure the stable operation of the Service, however:
- The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis.
- The Developer is not liable for temporary disruptions caused by third-party services (Google Play Services for progress saving, the YAN advertising network).
- The Developer is not liable for the loss of game progress if the user deletes the application without using Google Play synchronization.
- The Developer's maximum liability to the User is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the Premium Status.
6. Territorial Scope and Governing Law
These Terms are drafted considering the requirements of international legislation (including GDPR provisions for EU countries, US law, as well as the laws of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus concerning consumer protection and personal data). If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
7. Changes to the Terms
The Developer reserves the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after the publication of changes constitutes your agreement to the updated version of the Terms.

Настоящие Условия регулируют ваш доступ к мобильному приложению и его использование. Используя данный продукт (далее — «Сервис»), вы подтверждаете свое полное согласие с нижеизложенным. Если вы не согласны с данными Условиями, пожалуйста, не используйте Сервис.
1. Информация о Разработчике и поддержка
Сервис предоставляется Разработчиком на условиях «как есть». По всем вопросам работы приложения, технической поддержки или использования контента вы можете связаться с Разработчиком по адресу электронной почты: ssileofficial@gmail.com
2. Описание Сервиса и функции
Сервис доступен пользователям в двух вариантах:
- Базовый доступ (Free): Бесплатное использование приложения, включающее стандартный функционал и поддержку рекламных материалов (через сеть РСЯ). Мгновенный доступ к уровням может быть ограничен просмотром вознаграждаемой рекламы.
- Premium Status: Единоразовая покупка (One-Time Purchase), предоставляющая:
- Бессрочный доступ ко всем функциям без ограничения по времени.
- Полное отключение рекламных объявлений.
- Мгновенный доступ ко всем уровням и ответам.
- Отсутствие необходимости просмотра рекламы для получения игровых преимуществ.
3. Платежи, покупки и возвраты
- Проведение платежей: Все финансовые транзакции по покупке Premium Status обрабатываются исключительно через платежную систему Google Play. Разработчик не имеет доступа к вашим платежным данным и не хранит информацию о банковских картах.
- Восстановление доступа: Premium Status привязывается к вашему аккаунту Google Play. В случае смены устройства или переустановки Сервиса доступ восстанавливается автоматически или с помощью кнопки «Восстановить покупки» при использовании того же аккаунта.
- Политика возврата: Возврат денежных средств осуществляется в соответствии с правилами Google Play Store. Вы можете запросить возврат через службу поддержки Google Play или по адресу reportaproblem.google.com.
4. Интеллектуальная собственность
Весь контент, представленный в Сервисе (включая, но не ограничиваясь: задачи, алгоритмы решений, графический дизайн, программный код и тексты подсказок), является результатом интеллектуальной деятельности Разработчика и защищен международным законодательством об авторском праве.
- Пользователю предоставляется личная некоммерческая лицензия на использование Сервиса.
- Запрещается копирование, декомпиляция, взлом или распространение контента (особенно платных решений) за пределами Сервиса.
5. Ограничение ответственности
Разработчик прилагает все усилия для обеспечения стабильной работы Сервиса, однако:
- Сервис предоставляется на условиях «Как есть» (AS IS).
- Разработчик не несет ответственности за временные сбои, вызванные работой сторонних служб (Google Play Services для сохранения прогресса, рекламная сеть РСЯ).
- Разработчик не несет ответственности за потерю игрового прогресса в случае удаления приложения пользователем без использования синхронизации Google Play.
- Максимальная ответственность Разработчика перед пользователем ограничена суммой, фактически уплаченной пользователем за Premium Status.
6. Территориальное действие и применимое право
Настоящие условия составлены с учетом требований международного законодательства (включая нормы GDPR для стран ЕС, законодательство США, а также законы РФ и РБ в области защиты прав потребителей и персональных данных). Если какое-либо положение настоящих Условий будет признано недействительным судом компетентной юрисдикции, это не повлияет на действительность остальных положений, которые сохраняют полную юридическую силу.
7. Изменения условий
Разработчик оставляет за собой право обновлять настоящие Условия. Продолжение использования Сервиса после публикации изменений означает ваше согласие с обновленной редакцией Условий.
